Appointments, fees, and insurance

Relationship Clinic offers virtual relationship therapy to clients in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, as well as in-person appointments in Thornhill. Fees, therapist availability, appointment format, and therapist matching are discussed during your complimentary consultation. Many extended health insurance plans cover psychotherapy services, and we can help you determine whether direct billing is available with your insurance provider. Receipts are provided for eligible services and can be submitted for reimbursement when applicable.

When Identity Shapes Relationship Decisions

Religion, culture, family expectations, and community norms can affect a couple’s daily life and long-term decisions. Therapy provides a supportive space to approach these concerns with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect.

Topics Couples May Explore

Sessions may focus on religious observance, family boundaries, holidays, food, conversion questions, children, community belonging, gender roles, in-law pressure, and differences in values or traditions.
