Virtual Relationship Support

Online couples therapy can make relationship support more accessible for clients across Ontario, as well as clients in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. It may be useful for busy parents, partners in different locations, or couples who prefer the privacy and convenience of home.

Beyond Ontario

Our clinicians are registered in Ontario. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan do not currently restrict psychotherapy to a provincially regulated title, which allows our Ontario-registered therapists to see clients in those provinces by secure video.

How Online Sessions Work

The matching process confirms whether virtual care is clinically appropriate, which service fits best, and how sessions should be structured. Some couples attend from the same room, while others may join from separate private spaces when appropriate.

Choosing a Focus

Online couples therapy can support communication issues, emotional disconnection, affair recovery, premarital conversations, parenting stress, and individual relationship therapy.
