Working with Chris.

Chris offers a calm, non-judgmental space for relationship work that starts with you: the part of you that gets defensive, the part that goes quiet, the part that has been carrying this a long time. In their own words

About Chris.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Prior to this, I completed a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Education, and a PhD in Education, and have worked as a teacher and school counsellor. This background gives me a strong foundation in learning, development, and emotional well-being, which I integrate into my clinical work. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns at their own pace. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to align with your unique goals and values. My role is to support you in making meaningful changes and healing from emotional pain. Whether you are taking your first step into therapy or returning after time away, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you explore what healing and growth could look like.
