Psychotherapist & Art Therapist (Qualifying)

For couples who want to be genuinely seen and heard, and for parents carrying it together.

Relationship focus

Working with Rachel.

Rachel offers couples a warm, unhurried space where being truly heard is the starting point rather than the goal. With over a decade supporting parents and families, she works with partners on connection, self-regulation, and the weight parenting puts on a relationship. She blends talk therapy with art therapy and mindfulness for couples who find that words alone do not reach it.

About Rachel.

I am a Psychotherapist & Art Therapist (Qualifying), and I offer a warm, inclusive space where healing begins with being truly seen and heard. With over 10 years of experience supporting children and parents, and a rich background working with adolescents, university students, adults, couples, and older adults, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual or family. Whether you are a parent seeking guidance, a student navigating transitions, or a couple working toward deeper connection, my client-centred approach meets you where you are. I integrate talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, and meditation, empowering you to explore your inner world and move toward meaningful growth. My therapeutic style bridges mind, body, and spirit, helping you reconnect with your strengths and values. I believe that when all parts of the self are in harmony, even the heaviest challenges can transform into opportunities for healing. With training in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and art therapy, I create culturally sensitive, trauma-informed sessions that honour your pace and autonomy. Whether through traditional talk therapy, creative expression, or a blend of both, I help you build coping strategies, emotional resilience, and self-awareness.
