For partners rebuilding communication, and for neurodiverse couples who need to be met differently.
Working with Owen.
Owen works with couples and families on communication, attachment, and resilience, especially where autism, ADHD, or sensory differences change what connection needs to look like. He also supports partners through grief and loss, major life transitions, and the self-worth questions that surface inside a relationship, with particular attention to men who are reaching out for the first time.

About Owen.
Hi, I’m Owen, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I strive to meet each client with compassion, understanding, and a collaborative spirit, offering a safe and supportive space to explore life’s challenges at a pace that feels right. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, with a particular focus on men’s issues, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and supporting neurodiverse individuals including Autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, and learning disabilities. My work with neurodiverse children and adults is compassionate, practical, and developmentally attuned, supporting emotional regulation, coping skills, social development, and smoother transitions at school, work, and daily life. I also collaborate with parents and families to strengthen communication, attachment, and resilience. My approach is holistic and client-centred, grounded in the mind–body connection and informed by evidence-based modalities such as CBT, SFBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. Shaped by my background as a Behaviour Therapist and my personal passion for community care, I work alongside clients to build coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and move toward healing and growth.
